If you are a born again Christian professional in the performing arts and media, you are needed to be an Apostle Paul to a young Timothy. It is written:"Timothy, my son, I give you this instruction in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by following them you may fight the good fight, holding on to faith and a good conscience." (1st Timothy 1:18-19)
There are thousands of Levites (Christian Artists) who are struggling with discovery of their calling and it's execution according to biblical paradigms. In addition, how does one walk out that calling in today's society? Being a Mentor is a win-win relationship. Iron sharpens Iron. As you give of yourself, you will find that your skills and visions are heightened.
This is also an opportunity for those in need of a Mentor to receive the wisdom and support that we all need when moving forth in the unknown. Why reinvent the wheel? To be Mentored,you must be teachable, committed to God and your craft, and obedient.

Dear Allen,
I do understand your plight.
I founded an arts ministry in 1993 and was the active pioneer/ceo/mentor etc until I stepped down from my position and handed the reigns over in 2006. I have lots of experience especially with mentoring leaders and worship teams not to mention the other artists.....
