Trying to decide which way to go, self or traditional. So hard to get into traditional PH. I've already walked through some pretty rough waters metaphorically so a little timid on who to trust. I wish sometimes I had a list that said you do this, this and this. Did have a PH and agent at one time, but that didn't turn out well at all. The agent wouldn't help at all yet I was going to pay her 15% commission. Maybe it's because I am out of my own league. I'm a nurse by trade and a dream of wanting to become an author. And maybe I just don't understand the function of an agent. It could be all my fault.
